Thanks for replying! After double checking, that is exactly what I did. My fare was a full refundable fare and hers was miles. The part that allowed it to be resolved was that she was an accompanied minor and should not have been seperated without notification. If we were two adults traveling together it just would have been an annoying speedbump that didn’t cause any real harm. This was a unique glitch that didn’t get caught real-time and all is good now!
