Hi all,

I found a fantastic deal with JAL, Business, from New York to Taipei. 30% cheaper than usual!
JFK > HND (Arrive Dec 22, Sun 05:10am)
NRT > TPE (Dept Dec 22, Sun 09:10am)

The catch, as you can see, is 4 hrs transfer HND to NRT (obvs less considering potential delays, taxi, immigration, customs etc...)

I have been to Japan many times, but only ever HND in/out. Never a transfer. Lots of different opinions in this forum, but most suggesting 4 hrs (international to international) would be fine? I am leaning towards the Limo bus service but open to other suggestions?

I have visa free entry (AUS) and have used the convenient Visit Japan Web twice now, and have felt the immigration and customs process were pretty good. Last time I was out of the airport in just under an hour. But my other concern here is the dates for this flight - does anyone think Haneda would be crazy busy around 5am / 6am in December (Holiday season)?
