Are you talking about the welcome bonus? In the footnotes of the Switch page (

- Green Card: 10,000 MR points if you spend 1,000€ in the 3 months following the card activation.
- Gold Card: 20,000 MR points if you spend 2,000€ in the 3 months following the card activation.
- Platinum Card: 50,000 MR points if you spend 5,000€ the 3 months following the card activation.
Points will be credited at the latest by 31/03/2025 and your card needs to be active at that time
Otherwise, you don't have any mandatory spending requirements (but IMO it does not make much sense to pay such a fee if you don't spend much).
You can cancel at any time and T&C mention a refund pro rata temporis of the annual fee.

in this regard, Amex is bank-agnostic so it's easier I guess.
Obviously, I can't comment on their future M&M cards, but for the cards Beobank currently provides:
- You don't need a Beobank account, you can pay from whichever account you like;
- as those are proper credit cards, not charge cards, there is an associated credit, which you can see on the
Individual Credit Register of the National Bank of Belgium (unlike AMEX but like an overdraft facility on your current account).
