As for breakfast, was offered, but had an early flight back to the US so did not partake on Sunday morning.
That was the room type I was upgraded to as a Titanium.

I can see they can do a better job proactively communicating a la carte option was also included for elite breakfast benefit. I didn’t find out about it until I had the buffet and was talking to the staff about how well appointed the hotel and restaurant was. I think it can vary due to which staff member seats you and potential English as a second language type of barrier.
For those who qualify for Platinum breakfast and above reading this, you now should know to inquire about it even if the staff didn't mention it.
