Never stayed in the Villa but I have seen it in person and It is indeed very nice.

Curious as to When/How. did you book It for 150 USD? I have not seen the hotel at below 220 USD for a long time and this time of the year is closer to 300usd and certainly easily 250 as it is school break in Australia next week.
