I returned to Amanoi in Aug and had another near-perfect aman stay, thank you Joy & team. I also returned to Amansara (last stay being NYE 2019) and have to say it was a wonderful stay with a few new updates.
I learned August is a viable time to visit Siem Reap, although it is certainly the off-season, this season sees a bit less rain than other months, and of course less tourists too. We lucked out with 5 days of dry weather, clear skies and sunshine.
