I have stayed at this place way back when it was a Sheraton Four Points! This hotel is about 10 minutes from my house and I drive by there regularly whenever I want to go have my walk on Santa Monica beach. It’s not close to the beach but it’s a walkable distance and hopefully the refurb to meet Centric standards will do some good! I would love an alternative to The Shay to put up my friends and relatives whenever they are in LA, and may be apply my often unused GoH awards?

Now, if Hyatt can strike a deal with Shutters on the Beach down on Pico and make it an Unbound Collection hotel, that would be WONDERFUL. But I doubt that it will happen as Shutters is always fully booked and does not need help from Hyatt.
