Ha! I called them only to be told there's nothing wrong with their website.

Then I got an email from someone who explained in detail how to transfer points as if I were a kindergartener.

I replied saying I know how to do it, but I can't because their website doesn't work. Even the link in the email leads to the same page doesn't exist.

And silence.
