Am a Prive agent and can confirm that PH Milan does not currently have any stay 3 pay 2 or the likes promotions
I do know someone from their sales team and right now they're offering $120 in room credits for non suite bookings or $190 in room credits for suite bookings instead of the usual $100.

If you're doing a longer stay might be more worth it to just book member rate and still reach out to the team there anyway since the room rates differ by about €100 a night (prive compared to member rates)
