Interesting data points for contacting customer relations. I had really good irrops service earlier this summer and wrote complete with names of those who helped. AA took a month to send a TY note with some intermediate "were working on. It" emails. Last week had an flight where a woman boarded and sat with two full size dogs next to me and i wrote to ask if tbese was permitted and what I could have done. Answered in a day. Seems odd that complaints get answered quickly but compliments take a long time.
