thanks. I don’t typically cancel or change plans from our side. But if they (meaning the airline) changes its itinerary or something stupid does that impact the change and refund rules???

finally, is the business class product OK for this long journey from SEA ultimately to SGN for a family of 3 or am I gonna have to suck it up to FC?
