I don't believe so. To my knowledge only NY and IN charge a different rate if you use an out of state transponder. I have an IPASS from Illinois but after forgetting it in the car once, I decided to just get the VTP, even if I forget it in the car, odds are whomever finds it at MCO will drop it in one of the boxes.
