I was on BA800 to KEF on the 14th which they cancelled with very little notice. The alternative they put me on was about 15 hours later, which for a 2 day trip was too much.delay, so I took the cancel & refund option - but I've heard nothing since the original email.
How long should I wait before pestering them?
