Just became Ultimate and have been trying out their dedicated line. The people are nice... but well, the first call I made when I asked for options for a possible flight. All they told me about was the full fare option. I felt bad asking about any other option. Almost like the question was why would you even consider something else. So I called the normal Platinum line and they were super helpful in giving me different options. And then the second time I called I had a similar experience. Always nice. Has anyone else experienced this ?
