Flight back yesterday and the attendant had a bit of a mare and spilt a bunch of hot water on my pregnant wife's hand. I quickly got her to run it under water for ages and applied some of the on board burn gel. She refused painkillers due to being pregnant. Today it's still sore for her. What's the common approach here? Is it worth kicking up a fuss or tell her to suck it up and mistakes happen from time to time. It's obviously not malicious and the attendant apologised numerous times.
