I just called Iberia to upgrade an economy flight with Avios. The phone operator told me Iberia no longer upgrades purchased flights with Avios - only cash. Is this correct? BTW, I understand that initially, to get upgraded from economy, the economy flight had to be Y, B or H. But this operator told me that there is simply no more upgrades using Avios with Iberia.
