I agree with synthzero's assessment. I stay here when I'm in the area for work and I find it perfectly nice enough. It's no Park Hyatt, but that's not what I'm expecting when I'm there. The last year or so I've been staying there, I've always found the front desk to be very nice, greeting me with big smiles at all times of day. I sometimes get upgrades even though they don't have to. And yes, the liter bottle of water to reduce plastic waste is nice. Plus the room is clean and the bed is comfy. That's really all I need at a HH.

I don't usually eat breakfast there either, but I did see a new one for me... they had what looked something straight out of Seinfeld: Muffin tops! Haha. It was just a banana muffin top. No stump! That and a coffee was all I needed.

I also noticed the miso soup. There seem to be a large number of asians there every time I visit so, I guess they are trying to cater to their clientele. I think I remember seeing made to order omelettes too.

The one minor quibble I do have (and I think this is more of a HH thing in general) is having the bartender do double duty as the chef. A large order came in from a family at the pool and my drink was empty for quite a while before he returned from the kitchen. But somehow, I survived!
