Looking at a possible booking in mid April LIS-PHL-SEA. Shows Premium Economy not available, yet 2/3's of PE seats open.

Going the other way for comparison - seats are open but $2,330 (!) vs. $1,534 SEA-LHR-LIS including Heathrow's lovely premium tax. A chat with AA CSR, she was confused as well - said maybe the prices are being adjusted?

Is this more of AA's Philly shenanigans? At this rate looking at Condor for $972 and get lesser miles to my AS MP.
