Exactly. The fact that AS also generates an AS flight confirmation number supports the conclusion that partner flights booked on AlaskaAir.com are marketed by AS and operated by partner airlines.
What also bothers me is that CS claims that they can do nothing to fix the problem even if they agree that the 100% miles flown should have been awarded.
