It could be optimistic, but I read that as the credit card may be coming sooner than any of that. The lounges are being laid out for 2025 and beyond, but there was a mention of a premium card with Barclays upon their contract renewal a bit ago.
They'd be hard pressed to introduce a ~$500-700 credit card whose primary benefit is lounge access that doesn't yet exist, unless they discounted the first year substantially.
