Check the day before online, and/or call. They often block bulkheads or some other seats for disabled plassengers or crew rest. As it gets closer, they release those to anybody if they weren't requested by a disabled pax (or if crew rest is not needed on your flight).

Either way, you will sit in F, though you may not know where until the day before or checkin.
