As others have mentioned, the old Express Path lane has been reborn as a Priority Lane that's mainly for first and business class passengers. No airlines (to my knowledge) currently offer it for high-status frequent flyers.

That said, some airlines can 'enhance' your boarding pass at the check-in desks depending on your status and endorse them with a stamp as being valid for the Priority Lane even though you're in premium economy or economy. CX and SQ have been known to do this for some people.

Also as mentioned, the Priority Lane just opens into the exact same long bank of passport gates as available to everyone going through the regular entrance. You'll obviously avoid any long queue at that regular entrance, and still having a bit of a shortcut to the passport gate machines, but there are no passport gates in any way reserved for Priority Lane users.

However, the Priority Lane is 'staffed' only during peak hours, when they have people at the entrance checking boarding passes to determine your Lane worthiness. Plenty of times I've arrived and there's been nobody staffing it at all, so easy to walk straight through...
