Just checked flightradar24 last night LH413 EWR-MUC. When I Checked it last night it had an Allegris equipped plane D-AIXU as LH413 EWR-MUC. My question is this why did LH decided to bring Allegris equipment on EWR-MUC?
One of the reasons why this was the case it has to do with the earlier D-AIXx batch having 2-2-2 in Business class making them inferior to UA30/31. That UA operated LH codeshare uses B767-322/ER B767-424/ER B777-222/ER B777-224/ER equipped with Polaris product. On the other hand Mileage Plus/Aeroplan Star Alliance Gold users would actually enjoy LH Allegris equipment on D-AIXU LH412/413 since he or she sees it's Superior to UA30/31 Polaris seats in business class.
