Reached Enterprise chat portal, explained the situation and was told this: "I am truly sorry that you had to go through this situation. By confirmed reservation, it means that the reservation is confirmed. Sometimes the cars that were available for some reason are given to customers who had a problem with the vehicle and they change it. I really would have loved to do more. however, it is out of my hands to deliver the vehicles."
So basically didn't go far. Oh well, no more Enterprise for me.
