based on this Massport presentation - it has a new lounge shell in phase 1 of a project that's wrapping by 2027, that would then roughly meet this timeline and is 11,500 sqft
It would be where Jerry Remy's restaurant used to be, which is a pre-security space right now but is located in a way that I imagine it could easily become post-security
