Somewhat unimpressed with app at LAX recently . . . though really more an LAX issue with the bank of arrivals from Australia at 6am.
Long GE line as agents wait to get settled. I had the app already set, but line was for the face readers. No way to bypass everyone waiting, and even once up to the face readers was unclear how to proceed as they were just calling names of people shortly after they had their face scanned/approved. I ended up pushing to front and saying I'd done app . . . was good to go.
