It was an IB arrivals lounge for a long time, then they lost the contract, looks like it's back. Regardless it's not much to write home about. Think budget hotel breakfast layout but you can get a shower in which is nice. To find it, go down from arrivals like you're going to Metro/Cercanías and then turn around instead of going to the train and it's the big modular obstacle in the middle of the hall.
