Any idea if there is currently unknown issue with domestic first class meal pre-orders? I have two flights on Monday via IAH that both have a meal but no option to pre order and no email received either.
In the app and on the web, the flight show as meal offered versus showing lunch/dinner.
The text messaging service couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t giving a pre order option and the Premier desk was stumped as well.
Any ideas or possible work arounds?
Earlier this month they were doing some IT work, and the pre-orders were coming out 3 days in advance.
