This one i would challenge as overly pessimistic.
On short hauls, I seldom see people having wine (sampling biais from front seats possible). Beer, sometimes. Gin & tonic seemed to be popular pre-covid, I'm not even sure it's served anymore.

I can't see the average cost of consumed goods being so high when so many people drink stuff that's too cheap to meter. Plus, if some drinks are still free, the delta will be smaller.

For sure the BoB cart has to be a bit fancier than just "sucré ou salé?" shelf-stable snacks. So I expect more handling costs there, not less.

What I 100% agree with is if AFKL is able to pull 200€ of extra profit per flight, that's probably something they will happily their forfeit their brand for.
