The sleeping areas are pretty nice and quiet however availability is on first come bases. It is possible to catch some zzz's in the main lounge however quality of sleep would be questionable.
Sleeping area is only bookable for 4 hours...what do you do after that? Again if you are flying business class you can afford a hotel in Abu Dhabi
