I have resented FRA for many years. You have to know the place inside out if you want it to work for you. T1 is a total maze which wasn’t built for all the different pax flows of today, and should be bulldozed so they can start again. Staff, particularly contractors at the security checks who are rude as hell, are there not to facilitate anyone’s journey, but to run home the second their shift finishes.
