Not sure about that. Current lifetime credit for ORD-DEN is 888 miles, and SFO-DEN is 968, whereas to Stapleton those should be 900 and 956 respectively.

I suppose it's possible they do have some old distances still logged for less common cities, but I think it's more likely there's something else funny going on with the meal coding.
