Booking classes aside, if the words say "Club World" or "Business" then the average punter is not going to know or care what the booking class is. They've selected, and had confirmation, of Business so to see Economy is always going to be concerning.
What happens when you try to select a seat?
I had this exact problem on a BA Holiday booking. It said business, but booked into Y and only offered economy seats. Sadly I didn't screenshot the whole way through and when I called up they said they would change it, but I needed to pay the change fee and the cost difference to get to 'R' class, as no I available, which in total would have cost an additional £600. I ended up just cancelling the booking and lost my deposit.
