First thanks to all for the great info herein.

Odd question... After the champagne sabering, does the St Regis charge guests for the glasses of bubbly? We've staying in STR's that pour for guests for free while others charge for sampling the goods. Never seemed to be a rhyme or reason as to how that goes down other than hotel discretion.
