Amazing.

Well, I was booking through BA Holidays > Plan your trip > Customise Your Trip and added flights and hotels. The pages didn't show fare class letters anywhere (even if you click on flights details, it shows the aircraft type, but not fare class). It's remarkable how poor the software is.
