I am having the same issue, my family had MEL-BNE, BNE-SYD, SYD-MEL in May. Our Exec Club numbers are on the boarding passes and we were able to use our OW benefits with no trouble. The flights never posted and when I submitted a claim, it was rejected for all three of us. I kept physical boarding passes anticipating a problem. If anyone has experience getting these to post, it would be great to hear.
