Hmm... I'll wait till next week to see the response, I guess as they've asked IT to check it. Or would you suggest calling again today?

In your case, it's showing Y. In my case, it's not showing a fare class, but each step, including the payment confirmation page where it says "Your confirmed trip" has Club World / Business for each leg. I don't know in what world they can claim Business is Y!

The way the agent suggested I might have manipulated the pdfs though... wow... just wow.
