You cannot ‘Go-Show’ to a later flight, only an earlier one.
If you miss the flight, all future flights on the ticket will be cancelled (unless somehow you get them to put you on a later flight with an actual change; unsure the allowed timeline for that, though, whether there’s leeway after the flight’s left, or only doable before).
No-show penalties on MH are applied when getting a refund (or requesting a change) on the value of the ticket in question. Depending on the departure airport taxes, route and ticket T&Cs, the application of this fee might result in no value remaining to be refunded.
