I get my Ulti preferences most of the time, so not sure its that, but even with the Ulti preferences I am seeing alot of half way reads ie they dont go through the whole list

On my last flight on LH I even asked if they could see me preferences since they were largely ignored but they assured me they could and after that they indeed were read, then on sh I was greeted by name and pillow and blanket were waiting as was the rest during the flight so night and day in between flights, these were both KLM flights.
