It's a hard question. The Golden Gate lounge and China Airlines lounge both usually have food that is a little better than what's served at the buffet at the Polaris lounge. The dining room food at the Polaris lounge is similar quality to what those lounges serve. However, among all those three, the styles are quite different, and the range of selection is limited especially at China Airlines, so maybe it is best to consider your palate when choosing.
