BA Holidays, quoted for business, manage my booking shows economy

Just booked a BA holidays booking... LHR-MIA-LAX-KOA / KOA-LAX-JFK-LHR for a holiday + tier point run (well, it'd be expensive just as a TP run). During booking, at every step it showed business for all legs (club, bus, bus, bus, bus, club). The clubs are BA metal, business ones are AA (all are BA flight numbers). Prior to payment, didn't change. I paid. Show confirmation page, again 6 legs in business. Hi manage my booking, and lo... KOA-LAX is economy as is LAX-JFK. While I was looking at that, got the e-ticket email which shows the same. A quick check on AA's site shows the following:

1. For a new one way KOA-LAX on the date, only two remaining in business (I have to assume that's after my booking?).
2. For a new return LAX-KOA-LAX on the outbound and inbound dates, the inbound has plenty of seats in business. Only 4 of 20 booked. (AA shows available seats before booking).
3. New one way LAX-JFK on the date has seats in business.

So what're my options here? I've luckily kept pdfs of every step of the booking process, so can clearly show that what I paid for was business on all legs, and not economy on two. This is sort of important as a) for all three of us, other routes with two economy legs was well over £2.5K cheaper in total, and b) as tier points are a target for this trip, having two legs in economy completely messes it all up. In fact, I wouldn't have booked it if that were the case. Should I be calling BA holidays for this, or the Executive Club hotline? Anybody else run into something like this? Would appreciate any pointers.
