I also received the form as a US-based SEN. Someone's already expressed interest in the form though, so I can't quite offer it up here yet. Maybe later though, if he decides he won't get much use out of the card.

Yep, the platinum discounts aren't terrific. But, some of the best Sixt rates I've ever found were using the HappyDigits promotions at Sixt online. And the Platinum card has gotten me a number of triple upgrades. ^
