I on the other hand expect it to be particularly good during the trial, because it's easier to cater (and write off leftovers from) a couple of flights rather than all of them, and also if this is an earnest trial, they want to give the best possible chance to getting the "of course it's great, I much rather prefer to pay for the BoB options rather than get the standard snack and drink" result.
