Haven't been to the Chicago Ave Suite but from what others have mentioned, you are taking a bigger room (I think the layout is closer to the Gold Coast suite?) but lose the view. Or rather, it's a cityscape view - but since PH itself isn't the tallest it's not that great of a view.

For me then it probably be something like Park Suite ~= Gold Coast Suite ADA > Chicago Ave Suite. Just depends do you want a bigger room or a view to wake up to. Weather was fantastic during all 3 days of my stay so I am biased for that too.
