Interesting data point - I have an upcoming stay here for 4 nights over Thanksgiving and wanted to use some NUAs.
When I request to use NUAs in the mobile app, I'm only able to select the "Executive Large Guest Room" options, and then the typical view/corner rooms - no suites. However, on the website, there's a "blank" option that appears with no description. I selected it out of curiosity, and when I go back to modify my request, I see that it's the Parlor Suite! Super weird.
Has anyone seen a discrepancy between room type availability on the app vs. website?
Also on another note, the points rate for this hotel was super low compared to the price - about $320/night, but around 22k-28k points/night, so great redemption.
