Upgrading Singapore Airlines ticket with Miles & More
Dear,

I have a return flight BRU-SIN-BRU with Singapore Airlines. The outbound in economy (B) and the inbound in Premium Economy (T).
It is my understanding that theoretically, at least the inbound flight could be upgraded using Miles & More miles.

The M&M website indicates that calling a live agent is the procedure to enquire for availability. However it appears that the M&M team is not even able to access the booking (tried with both PNR and ticket number...)
I tried contacting Singapore Airlines too, via chat, but they do not know anything about partner miles upgrade availability.
Neither of them is able to clearly state wheter it will be possible to check for availability at the airport during check in...

Could someone share some insights about the process and feasability of upgrading a Singapore Airlines flight with M&M ?
