Vegetarian Afternoon Tea with carrot cake

The previous flight of the day LHR-IBZ was cancelled so we had a very full Club Europe of 12 rows. Towards the back we were offered the vegetarian afternoon tea proactively; a coronation Cauliflower roll, cucumber and soft cheese sandwich and an egg mayonnaise roll which lost the will to live for this picture!

It took the crew up until 40 mins to landing to hand out all food and drinks both hot and cold, it was then a rush to get everything cleared away.

A special mention to the DYKWIA in 12D who was repeatedly asked to put his shoes back on due to sitting in the exit row, and who kept taking them off and placing be-socked feet in the aisle, over the chair between us and at one point in the air above him. What a rebellious act!
