A competent agent, or the online system, will keep it intact.
When I try to change my booking I see this: "There is an eUpgrade request on this booking that is currently waitlisted. Before making changes to your flights, you must cancel your eUpgrade request." I suppose that is because I am still waitlisted for YYZ-YUL which I don't really care about. Can I have AC cancel the upgrade for only that portion? And if I do, will that allow me to make changes to the itinerary? Thanks again for any help you can provide.
