I get the disappointment; I truly do - I too have WS World Elite MC.

This strikes me as a development *WAY* beyond the scope of what WS has any control over whatsoever.

MasterCard Worldwide is severing ties with Boingo it appears. My suspicion is if you contacted MasterCard global HQ 95% of folks working there would ask you who the hell is WestJet?!

Let’s keep the frustration and who is responsible for it legitimate; in my opinion. WS causes many issues on their own; this, again in my opinion is not one of them.
