200 TWD should be enough to get you to your hotel one-way, and you'll need the EasyCard if you plan on using city MRT while in Taipei anyways

BTW Late to the subject, but either TPE terminal has Bank of Taiwan ATMs, and they don't charge fees - I got pretty close to Google rates using no-fx bank (TDBank US and EQBank Canada) cards

Taoyuan Metro also sells a combo ticket with r/t between Taipei and TPE and 48 ($520) or 72 ($600) hours of unlimited Taipei metro rides: Taoyuan Metro Passenger Guide Other Types (tymetro.com.tw). For reference, the standard r/t fare is $320.
